I have developed a unique Repeater Interface Unit that allows seamless communication between radios of different frequency bands and technologies — such as UHF, VHF, Trunk, Airband, PoC, and others.
This unit enables:
Interconnection of multiple radios from different brands and bands.
Handset-to-base, handset-to-handset, and base-to-repeater communication.
Analog and digital repeater linking, including models like Icom FR5000, FR6000, etc.
PoC radio integration, converting repeaters into RoIP (Radio over IP) networks for multi-site connectivity.
Creation of portable and low-cost handset repeaters for temporary events and programs.
Building hybrid repeater systems such as VHF–VHF–PoC or VHF–Trunk–LF, enabling both conventional and RoIP communication.
Linking multiple PoC radios to a single repeater, creating a multi-site single-frequency system.

Ultimate Multi-Protocol ESP32 Smart Control PCB
This custom-designed Home Automation Control PCB leverages the power of the ESP32 to act as a robust, centralized smart control hub, providing diverse and redundant control methods for up to nine individual household appliances directly from your electrical board.
⚙️ Core Specifications
* Microcontroller: ESP32 (with Wi-Fi and Dual-Mode Bluetooth) provides the processing power and core wireless connectivity.
* Capacity: Controls up to 9 independent channels via integrated relay drivers (or headers for external relays), suitable for managing lighting circuits, outlets, fans, and other high-voltage/high-current loads.
* Integration Interface: Designed with appropriate screw terminals and safety clearances to securely connect directly into a standard residential electrical switchboard or junction box (qualified installation recommended).
* Safety Isolation: Features essential component spacing and isolation (e.g., using optocouplers or MOSFET drivers) to safely separate the low-voltage ESP32 logic from the high-voltage load circuits.
📡 Triple-Layer Control Interface
The board supports three distinct control mechanisms for maximum flexibility:
* Voice Control (Alexa): Utilizes the ESP32's Wi-Fi capability to connect to cloud services or local emulation (like FauxmoESP) for seamless integration with Amazon Alexa.
* User Experience: Hands-free operation via voice commands (e.g., "Alexa, turn on the kitchen lights").
* Mobile App Control (Bluetooth & Wi-Fi): Designed to communicate with a proprietary Android/iOS application.
* Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE): Ideal for initial setup, device provisioning, and low-latency local control when Wi-Fi may be down or slow.
* Wi-Fi/MQTT: Enables comprehensive remote control and real-time device status feedback from anywhere with an internet connection.
* Infrared (IR) Control: Includes dedicated circuitry and headers for connecting an IR Transmitter/Receiver pair.
* Functionality: Allows the PCB to learn and emulate existing remote control signals (e.g., for TVs, air conditioners, or media players), effectively turning any legacy IR-controlled device into a smart, app-controlled appliance.
This multi-protocol design makes the PCB an exceptionally versatile and future-proof heart for a truly integrated smart home system.
